How does counseling help?
Counseling allows a deeper look into your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors while providing the tools necessary to grow through your hardships.
When should I go to counseling?
While there is no perfect time to seek help, you should go to counseling if you are experiencing emotional or relational hardships that take up more than an hour of your day.
How much does counseling cost?
My fee is $125 for each session
How long does counseling take to work?
Counseling can begin helping within the first couple of sessions, and on average lasts 15-20 sessions. Ultimately, it depends on you and your therapist.
Do you offer online sessions? What are the pros and cons of online sessions?
I offer online counseling via TeleHealth. Doing therapy online allows personal growth from anywhere, offering comfort and protection for at-risk individuals and convenience for those with busy schedules. Telehealth may not be ideal for individuals with more serious afflictions.
What insurance do you take?
I am not on any insurance panels. Some PPOs (such as Anthem Blue Cross) may pay up to 80% of the cost of the session for out of network. Check with your insurance company to verify this. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
