I can provide a superbill to give to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please give me a call if you have any questions.

The length of your counseling journey is ultimately up to you and your counselor. Depending on your needs, you could see a therapist for 5-10 sessions for mild needs or 6+ months for more significant concerns.

Going to therapy is an important personal decision. You may be ready If you feel unlike yourself, feel like your afflictions are taking more than an hour of your day, have trouble maintaining relationships, or have experienced loss or trauma. High or uncomfortably varying levels of emotion and intrusive thoughts are other good indicators.

Typically, meetings happen once a week or once every two weeks depending on the needs of the client. If you feel you need to meet more often, you can discuss increased meeting times with your counselor.

I offer online therapy through TeleHealth only. I don't see people in person.

Medication is often more effective when coupled with talk therapy, due to therapy creating coping mechanisms that last long after medication stops.
